We are pleased to introduce you to our Manufacturer's Representative Firm,
RG SALES ASSOCIATES. Since our inception in 1995, our goal
has been to provide the best sales support and customer service in
our marketplace. Our focus is on CCTV, Access Control, Lock and Hardware,
and Sound. We keep our line-card short in order to better serve our manufacturers
and customers. We service systems integrators and national accounts as well
as independent and national distributors throughout the six New England states
and Upstate New York. We have built our reputation by providing superior
service to our customers.

Rich Giannattasio

Rich is the Company's Principal. Rich brings over 24 years of experience
as a manufacturer's representative to the firm. He started in the industry
in 1984 working as a sub-rep for F.M. Valenti, Inc. Rich co-founded
R&D Sales in 1992 before starting RG Sales Associates in
1995. He has experience in the CCTV, access control, imaging, sound, consumer,
and industrial video markets. In addition to our current lines, Rich has
represented many of the top manufacturers in the industry. Rich handles sales
for all of the integrators in Eastern New England as well as overall management
of the firm.

Judge Arcaro

Judge Arcaro is a sup-rep for RG Sales. Judge handles all of our lines
in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Judge has been in the security industry
for 20 years working for manufacturers and also as an independent rep.

Mike has been our inside sales and technical support administrator since
the company's inception. Mike is a registered professional electrical engineer.
He has an extensive knowledge of our products and of our manufacturers'
procedures. His attention to detail is appreciated by all of our manufacturers
and customers.

Ellen Giannattasio

Ellen is our office administrator. She was a sales associate for Merrill
Lynch for several years before taking time off to start a family. Ellen
has been with RG Sales Associates since 1995 and handles administrative
duties.
